Antique 14k yellow gold genuine Sapphire & diamond ring. This ring consists of a genuine round, faceted Sapphire which has a weight of 3/4 carat. This Sapphire does have surface abrasions from wear because of age. The Sapphire has vivid medium to dark blue color and good clarity. The Sapphire is accented by two genuine diamond baguettes, which have a total combined weight of .12/100-ct. These diamonds average H-I in color, and SI in clarity. This ring has an entire weight of 7.1 grams. This ring is a finger size 7 1/2, but it can be reasonably sized at no additional charge.
