14k yellow gold oval shaped, faceted, genuine 1.14 carat Sapphire (September birthstone) & .12 Cttw genuine Round Brilliant Cut diamond halo ring with tubular shank. These diamonds average H-I in color and SI in clarity. These gemstones are all nicely proportioned and well finished. This ring is a finger size 6 1/2, but it can be reasonably sized at no charge.
