Vintage 14k yellow gold genuine diamond open heart pendant. This piece consists of 20 genuine Single Cut Diamonds, which have a total combined weight of 1/2 carat. These diamonds average I-J in color, and I1 in clarity. Although they look dark in the photos, this is one very sparkly piece! These diamonds are nicely proportioned and well finished. This pendant is suspended from a new 18″ 14k yellow gold forzantina chain with a lobster claw clasp. This piece has an entire weight of 5.0 grams.
